return policy

at this current moment, we are not able to process any returns or exchanges after the shipping of ordered products.

will there be a restock on sold out items?

if you are looking for an item that is sold out, we will be working on restocking if possible. as for exclusive and/or limited quantity collection items, there will be no more production of that item. you can always contact us to see if we will be restocking any specific items.

can I make a change to an order that I have already placed?

as this is on a case by case basis, we would ask that you contact business@kyznbrand.com and explain in depth the issue with your order.

what do I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if your shipping tracker says the order was delivered and you still have not received your package - you should contact the shipping service immediately. they should be able to locate your package for you. if they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with that provider as soon as possible.

we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. if you input in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

due to our flat shipping rate, all orders have an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days. we are working to increase the speed of fulfillment on orders placed in the future. we appreciate your patience and cooperation on this matter.
